 Founded by Zeke McFadin & Brent Davis, and originally two ambitious guys with a couple of pick up trucks, McFadin/Davis & Co. has grown over the past 4 years into one of Port Townsend's largest established construction firms.
We believe that devotion to organization and the maintaining of a team atmosphere between us and our clients have been essential ingredients to our success.
This year the corporation's core employees (9 out of our 13) will assume a combined 49% stake in the business as shareholders and equity partners, allowing us to maintain the most solid, reliable, committed staff imaginable.
Our people are not the disgruntled, nor the downtrodden. They all are working together for a common goal and all have an interest in the well being of their peers and the company they work for.
